Anti-Cavity and Anti-Cold/Sinus Infection Mouthwash - This simple formula works well to prevent the build-up of anaerobic bacteria in the gum line and throat. Daily use also helps prevent colds and re-calcifies cavities.

Electrolyte / Carbohydrate Replacement Concentrate - This powder concentrate is designed for endurance events lasting one hour or longer. You can mix from 1 to 6 scoops of the powder per 24 ounces of water to make the finished concentrate. One 70cc scoop of the powder should be consumed for each 30 minutes of effort. Additional water should be consumed immediately with the concentrate.

Lo-Carb Electrolyte Replacement Concentrate - This powder concentrate is designed for long, slow endurance training lasting one hour or longer at a moderate effort level (120 to 140 heart rate). You can mix from 1 to 6 tablespoons of the powder per 8 to 24 ounces of water to make the finished concentrate. One tablespoon of the powder should be consumed for each 30 minutes of effort. Additional water should be consumed immediately with the concentrate.

Saline Solution - 1/2 teaspoon table salt per cup of water.
